In the year 2000, we introduced international advanced
spectrum analyzer from Germany, and it could analyze
chemical composition of copper alloy quickly, efficiently
and precisely.
In the year 1996, the factory introduced SIEMENS NC
system and designed multi-position combination lathe,
which can produce inner & outer diameters and thread
at the same time to meet drawing¡¯s requirements.
In 1998, we introduced SIEMENS NC system and designed
multi-angle, multi-function special equipment to produce
parts with straight & oblique tunnel.
We developed resin bonded sand casting processing technique
which enhanced smoothness of complicated-shaping parts
and guaranteed smoothness of inner surface and water tunnel.
This technique and other techniques formed casting production
line.
